Mr. Darius E. Adamczyk has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. He also served as the Chief executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2017 to 2018; Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2016 to 2017. Earlier, he also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Adamczyk also served as the President of Honeywell Process Solutions from 2012 to 2014; President of Honeywell Scanning and Mobility from 2008 to 2012; and Chief Executive Officer of Metrologic Inc that was acquired by Honeywell. Earlier, he served in various roles at Ingersoll Rand, Booz Allen Hamilton, and General Electric.

Mr. Vimal Kapur has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since July 2022; President and Chief Executive Officer of Performance Materials and Technologies from July 2021 to October 2022. Mr. Kapur also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Honeywell Building Technologies from June 2018 to June 2021, and President of Honeywell Process Solutions from 2014 to May 2018.

Mr. Gregory P. Lewis has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Finance in 2018; and Vice President of Enterprise Information Management of the company from 2016 to 2018. Mr. Lewis also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Specialty Products unit within Performance Materials and Technologies; Vice President of Business Analysis and Planning; Chief Financial Officer for Honeywell Process Solutions, and Automation and Control Solutions Divisions. He also held various roles at Kraft Foods, Tyco International, A&E and the Stanley Works.

Ms. Karen Mattimore has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Communications at the company’s Aerospace business from 2018 to 2020. Earlier, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources Services from 2015 to 2018.

Mr. Torsten Pilz serves as the Chief Supply Chain Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Supply Chain at SpaceX and Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Amazon.
