Mr. Carlson Tong has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as a Director of MTR Corporation Limited, Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, and the Hong Kong Investment Corporation Limited. He was Chairman of KPMG China and Hong Kong from 2007 to 2011 and was Chairman of the Asia-Pacific region and a member of KPMG’s global board from 2009 to 2011. He served as the Chairman of the Securities and Futures Commission from 2012 to 2018.

Ms. Chan has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since May 2024. Previously, she was the Co-Chief Operating Officer of HXEX from 2023 to 2024. Ms. Chan also held various positions within the company including; Head of Listing from January 2020 to January 2023, and Head of IPO Transactions from 2007 to 2010. Prior to this, she served as a Partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from 2010 to 2019.

Ms. Vanessa Lau serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, she served as the Group Chief Financial Officer from 2020 to 2025, Co-Chief Operating Officer in 2024, Chief Financial Officer, Hong Kong from 2017 to 2020, and Deputy Chief Financial Officer from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this, she was Vice President and Senior Research Analyst at Sanford C Bernstein (Hong Kong) Limited from 2011 to 2015. Ms. Lau also held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer for the Global Rolled Products Group at Alcoa Inc from 2007 to 2011. Mr. John Hsu has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer for Asia Pacific at The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited from 2019 to 2023. Prior to this, he was the Vice President and Global Human Resources Chief Information Officer at Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd from 2016 to 2019. He also held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer at ALA Financial Corporation from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, he served as the Vice President of Group Technology at SF Express Co. Ltd in 2014.

Mr. Richard Leung serves as the Group Chief Information Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the company’s Group Chief Technology Officer from 2019 to 2023, Deputy Group Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer Hong Kong from 2017 to 2019, and Co-head of Information Technology from 2011 to 2017. Prior to this, he was the Chief Technology Officer at Chi-X Global from 2008 to 2011, Chief Technology Officer at Cicada Corporation from 1999 to 2008, and Regional Technical Development Manager, Asia Pacific at Telerate Inc from 1985 to 1999.
