Ms. Paulette Garafalo has been a director of the company since 2017 and the newly elected Board Chairman. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Chairman of Paul Stuart from 2022 to 2024, following her role as Chief Executive Officer and President of the company from 2016 to July 2022. She also held the position of President of Brooks Brothers from 2010 to 2016. Additionally, she serves as a member of the Audit Committee, the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and the Compensation Committee, where she previously served as Chair from 2017 until 2023.

Mr. Jeremy R. Hoff has been the Chief Executive Officer at the company since 2021. Previously, he served as President of Hooker Legacy Brands from 2020 to 2021 and President of the Hooker Branded segment from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, he served as President of Theodore Alexander USA from 2015 to 2017. He joined the Company in 2017 as President of Hooker Upholstery.

C. Earl Armstrong III has been the Chief Financial Officer, principal financial officer, and principal accounting officer of the company since February 3, 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Secretary since April 2024. He also held the role of Chief Financial Officer of the company’s Home Meridian segment from February 2021 through January 2025, and previously served as Corporate Controller and Secretary from June 2019 through April 2024, Corporate Controller from February 2017 to June 2019, Director of Accounting from January 2013 to January 2016, and Manager of Financial Reporting from 2009 through January 2013.
