Mr. Adam D Portnoy has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Director of RMR Inc. from 2006 to 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Portnoy served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Tremont Realty Capital LLC from March 2016 to December 2017. Earlier, he also served as the Director from 2007 to 2021, President from 2007 to 2017 and Chief Executive Officer from 2015 to 2017 at RMR Advisors LLC. Mr. Portnoy also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Seven Hills Realty Trust from 2007 to 2015 and as President of Office Properties Income. He was a Managing Trustee of Tremont Mortgage Trust from 2017. Mr. Portnoy also served as an Investment Banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and working in private equity at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners and at the International Finance Corporation. He also founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of a privately financed telecommunications company. Earlier, Mr. Portnoy also served on the board of governors for the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and the board of trustees of Occidental College. He currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer at RMR Inc.; Director of Tremont Realty Capital LLC (formerly known as Tremont Realty Advisors LLC) since March 2016; and Director and Controlling Shareholder at Sonesta International Hotels Corporation and its parent. Mr. Portnoy currently also serves as the Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Bulgaria to Massachusetts, as Chairman of the board of directors of the Pioneer Institute.

Mr. Christopher J Bilotto has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Managing Trustee of the company. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Diversified Healthcare Trust since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of RMR since 2023. Mr. Bilotto also served as the Senior Vice President of RMR from 2020 to 2023 and Vice President from 2016 to 2020 after joining RMR in 2011.

Mr. Brian Donley has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since 2019. He has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate experience, including expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and reporting, capital market transactions and compliance.
