Mr. Jerry D. Kaminski serves as Chairman of the company since October 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Land O’Lakes Inc from 2018 to 2022. Previously, he served as the Vice President and General Manager at General Mills. Earlier, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Sparboe Foods.

Mr. Andrew P. Callahan has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since May 2018. Prior to this, he served as the President of North American Foodservice & International at Tyson Foods, Inc from February 2017 to September 2017. Earlier, he served as the President of Retail Packaged Brands of Tyson Foods, Inc from 2014 to 2017. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and President of Retail at The Hillshire Brands Company from 2012 to 2014. He held various positions at Sara Lee Corporation and Kraft Foods Inc. He served as a Director of Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA) and the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association (IFMA).

Mr. Travis E. Leonard has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2022. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the medical segment at Cardinal Health Inc from May 2021 to May 2022. He served as the Senior Vice President and Corporate Treasurer at Cardinal Health from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, he held various roles at Cargill Inc from 2011 to 2018.

Mr. Robert C. Weber has been the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of the company since September 2019. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources from 2015 to 2018; and as the Chief Human Resources Officer from 2018 to 2019 at Sears Holding Company. Mr. Weber served as the Head of Global Talent Development from 2014 to 2015; and as the Senior Human Resources Director for North America from 2013 to 2014 at Groupon Inc.

Mr. Darryl P. Riley has been the Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Quality, Food Safety and R&D from 2016 to 2022. Previously, he served as the President of Total Food Safety Management at the company from March 2016 to November 2016. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of R&D, Quality & Innovation at Kraft Foods Company from 2013 to 2015. He also served as the Vice President of Research, Quality & Technology at the Kellogg Company from 2004 to 2013.
