Mr. John C. Plant has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021 and as the Chairman since 2017. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2019 to 2020. Prior to this, Mr. Plant served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of TRW Automotive. He also served as the President of Lucas Varity Automotive and Managing Director of the Electrical and Electronics division.

Mr. Ken Giacobbe has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2016. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Alcoa Inc.'s Engineered Products and Solutions (EP&S) business from 2015 to 2016. Prior to this, Mr. Giacobbe served as the Group Controller for the Alcoa Inc’s EP&S business. Earlier, he also served as the Vice President of Finance for Global Extruded Products for the company.

Mr. Michael N. Chanatry has been the Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Supply Chain at GE Power. Prior to that, Mr. Chanatry served various leadership roles in procurement, manufacturing and product management with GE Appliances from 2013 to 2015, GE Aviation Systems from 2008 to 2013, and GE Aircraft Engines from 2003 to 2008.

Mr. Melissa M. Miller has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since March 2019. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Adient from January 2016 to February 2019. Prior to this, Mr. Marchuk also served as an Executive Vice President of Human Resource at TRW Automotive.

Ms. Lola F. Lin has been an Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Secretary of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Airgas Inc from 2016 to 2021. Ms. Lin also served as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Air Liquide USA LLC from 2007 to 2016.
