Mr. Zhao Keyu has been the Chairman and Party Secretary of the company since March 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Engineer of Shandong Fangzi Power Plant, Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee of Shandong Electric Power Industry Bureau, Deputy Secretary and Secretary of the Party Committee of Ultra-high Voltage Power Transmission Branch of Shandong Electric Power Group Co., Ltd., General Manager of Human Resources Department of Shandong Luneng Group Co., Ltd., Chairman and General Manager of Beijing Deyuan Investment Co., Ltd., Secretary of the Party Committee of Shandong Luneng Development Group Co., Ltd., and Vice President and Member of the Party Committee of Huaneng Shandong Power Generation Co., Ltd. Previously, he also served as the Director of Planning and Development Department, Director of General Office, Director of the Party Committee Office and Secretary of the Party Committee of Huaneng Group, and President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of HPI.

Mr. Duan Rui has been the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Group and a Member of the Party Committee since February 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Leader of the Inspection Team of Huaneng Group and Deputy Chairman of the Department of Supervision.
