Mr. Wang Kui has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Xinjiang Energy Development Co Ltd from August 2007 to November 2008. Mr. Wang also served as the Chief of the Planning and Development Department, the Deputy Chief Economist and the Chief of the Planning and Development Department of Huaneng Group.

Mr. Liu Ancang has been the Director and the President of the Company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Party Secretary of Huaneng (Guangdong) Energy Development Co., Ltd. Previously, he served as the Director of the Board Office and Deputy Director of the General Office of Huaneng Group. He also served as the Vice President and Party Secretary of the Shanghai Branch of the Company. He served as the Deputy Director of the General Office of Huaneng Group.

Mr. Wen Minggang has been the Chief Accountant and the Secretary of the Company since 2025. Prior to this, Mr. Wen served as the Chief Accountant and a Member of the Party Committee of Huaneng Capital Services Company Limited, and concurrently served as a Director, the Chairman, and Legal Representative of Huaneng Invesco Private Equity Management Company Limited and a Director of Huajing Private Equity Investment Management Co Ltd. Previously, he served as the Deputy Director of the New Energy Business Department of Huaneng Group and as the Chief Accountant and a Member of the Party Committee of Huaneng Renewables Corporation Limited. He also served as the Deputy Director of the Coal Business Department of Huaneng Group and as the Chief Accountant and a Member of the Party Leadership Group of Huaneng Coal Industry Co Ltd.
