Mr. Liang Hua serves as the Chairman of the company. Previously, he served as the President of Supply Chain, Chief Financial Officer, and President of Business Process and IT Management Department of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Hua served as the President of the Global Technical Service division and Chief Supply Chain Officer of the company.

Mr. Ren Zhengfei has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 1988. Previously, he served as a Soldier, Technician and Deputy Director in the military's Engineering Corps. Prior to that, he served in the logistics service base of the Shenzhen South Sea Oil Corporation.

Ms. Meng Wanzhou serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company. Previously, she served as the Director of International Accounting Department, Chief Financial Officer at Huawei Hong Kong, and the President of the Accounting Management Department.

Mr. Ying Weimin has been the Chief Supply Chain Officer of the company since March 2023. He also serves as the Director of Procurement management committee at the company. Previously, he served as the President of LTE Product line, GSM & UMTS, and Global Procurement Qualification Mgmt department; and Director of the Wireless R&D Mgmt department at the company.

Mr. Xu Zhijun serves as the Deputy Chairman of the company. Previously, he held various positions in the company, including President of Wireless Network Product Line, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, Chief Products and Solutions Officer, and Chairman of SDC.
