Mr. David P. Yeager has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2008 to 2022. He also served as the Vice Chairman of the Board from 1995 to 2008, the President of Hub Chicago from 1985 until 1991, and the Vice President of Marketing at Hub Chicago from 1983 to 1985. Mr. Yeager was the President of St. Louis Hub from 1980 to 1983 and the President of Pittsburgh Hub from 1975 until 1977.

Mr. Phillip D. Yeager has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and the Vice Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company from 2019 to 2022, and the Chief Commercial Officer from 2018 to 2019. Mr. Yeager held various roles at the company including an Executive Vice President of Account Management and Intermodal Operations; the Vice President of Account Management and Business Development; and the Director of Strategy and Acquisitions. Mr. Yeager also served as an Assistant Vice President of Commercial Banking at BMO Harris Bank, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard Freres & Co.

Mr. Brain Meents has been the Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer, Executive Vice President, and President of Intermodal and Transportation Solutions of the company. Earlier, he served as the Executive Vice President of Account Management, Sales and Marketing of the company.

Mr. Dennis Matthews has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since June 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Manager for assurance services of the company's Chicago office. Previously, he served as Corporate Controller at Roadrunner Transportation Systems.

Mr. Dhruv Bansal has been the Chief Information Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Application Development at Hub’s Software. He also served as the Vice President of Transport IT Solutions at XPO Logistics Inc. Mr. Bansal was the Vice President of Product Development at E2Open.
