HubSpot Inc: Executives

Ms Yamini Rangan has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of the company since September 2021. Previously, she served as the Chief Customer Officer of the company from January 2020 and September 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Customer Officer from August 2018 to January 2020 and as Vice President, business strategy and operations, from January 2016 to August 2018 at of Dropbox, Inc. She was Vice President of sales strategy and operations at Workday from 2013 to 2015. Ms. Rangan also held several leadership roles in strategy, pre-sales and value-based selling at SAP. Ms. Rangan also served on the board of directors of Splunk Inc. from 2023 to 2024.

Mr. Dharmesh Shah has been the Co-Chief Technology Officer and a Director of the company since 2006. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Pyramid Digital Solutions.

Ms Kate Bueker has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since June 2018. Previously, she served as a board member at Procore Technologies, Inc. She held numerous financial leadership roles at Akamai Technologies, Inc, including a Senior Vice President of business finance and operations at Akamai from July 2017 to June 2018. Earlier, Ms. Bueker spent almost 10 years in investment banking at Credit Suisse and Donaldson, The Blackstone Group, UBS, and Lufkin & Jenrette.

Mr. Kipp Bodnar is the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. Prior to this role, he served as a Vice President of marketing at HubSpot. He serves as a marketing advisor for SaaS companies including SimplyMeasured, InsightSquared, and Guidebook.

Ms Helen Rusell is the Chief People Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Chief People Officer of Rivian Inc. She also served as the Chief Human Resource Officer roles at Atlassian Inc, Sonos Inc., and Kantar. Earlier, Ms Russell began her career in HR at Siebel Systems.
