Mr. Yan Chen has been the Chairman of the bank since April 2021. Before this, he served as the section-chief grade clerk of the planning division of the comprehensive planning bureau, the Deputy Director of the general division of the propaganda department of the party committee, and the rating methods and standards division of the credit administration bureau of the China Development Bank. He was also a Deputy Director of the SME Development Bureau of Anhui Province, Anhui Provincial Economic Commission, and Anhui Economic and Information Technology Commission. Mr. Chen also served as a Member of the Standing Committee, the Deputy Mayor of Municipal Committee of Chizhou City,a Minister of the Organization Department of Xuancheng City, the Chairman of Anhui Credit Guaranty Group Co., Ltd., a Member of the Standing Committee of the Xuancheng Municipal Committee, the Deputy Secretary of the Xuancheng Municipal Committee, and the Chairman of Anhui Financing Re-guarantee Co., Ltd., a Director of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd.

Mr. Kong Qinglong has been the President of the bank since April 2023. He also serves as a Director of the bank. Previously, he served in various leadership roles such as a Senior Business Director in the Bond Business Department, Deputy Director of the Board Office, General Manager of the Research and Development Center of China Minzu Securities Co Ltd, director and General Manager of Great Wall Asia International Investment Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong).

Mr. Wang Yong has been the Chief Information Officer of the bank since August 2023. He also serves as a General Manager of the System Development Department of the bank. Previously, he served as a Deputy Manager and Manager of the Technology Support Department of Xuancheng Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China; and Deputy Chief Engineer and General Manager of the Technology Department of Wuhu City Commercial Bank.

Mr. Zhang Juzhong has been the President of the bank since 2021. Prior to this, he worked as the vice president of the Chaohu Branch of the Bank of China Anhui Province, the president of the Suzhou City Branch of the Bank of China Anhui Province, the vice president of the Hefei Nancheng Sub-branch of the Bank of China, and the Bank of China General Manager of the Small and Medium Enterprise Department of Anhui Branch.

Mr. Wang Zhaohui has been a Director of the bank since November 2023. He also serves as a Director and General Manager of Anhui Credit Financing Guaranty Group Co Ltd. Previously, he served as a Director of the Office and Deputy Director of Anhui Provincial Local Taxation Bureau
