Mr. Peter R. Huntsman has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2018. He also serves the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Venator Materials, a subsidiary of Huntsman since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 1994 to 2000. In 1987, Mr. Huntsman joined Huntsman Polypropylene Corporation as Vice President before serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager. He also served as Senior Vice President of Huntsman Chemical Corporation and Senior Vice President of Huntsman Packaging Corporation.

Mr. Philip M. Lister has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Corporate Development from May 2019 to June 2021. Earlier he served as the Vice President, Global Finance and Controller of Huntsman’s Polyurethanes from April 2019 to April 2011. Mr. Lister joined Huntsman in July 1999 with the ICI acquisition.

Ms. Twila Day has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of the company since November 2018. Prior to this, she served as Managing Director of National Practice Lead for Technology Services. Ms. Day served at SYSCO Corporation for more than 20 years in numerous positions including Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer.

Mr. R. Wade Rogers has been the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President - Global Human Resources since 2020. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources since 2009. Mr. Rogers was the Vice President, Global Human Resources since 2004 to 2009; Vice President, Global Human Resources, from 2003 to 2004. He also served as Director, Human Resources—Americas, Director from 2000 to 2003. He also served as Director, Human Resources of its Polymers and Base Chemicals businesses; Area Manager, Human Resources—Jefferson County Operations in 1994 to 2000. Prior to joining Huntsman, Mr. Rogers held a variety of positions with Texaco Chemical Company.

Mr Anthony P. Hankins has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Polyurethanes Division since 2004. Previously, he serves as President of Performance Products at the company from 2002 to 2003. Prior to this, he served as Global Vice President, Rigids Division for our Polyurethanes segment at the company from 2000 to 2001. Preceding this, he served as Vice President of Americas at the company from 1998 to 2000. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Asia-Pacific at the company’s polyurethanes segment.
