Mr. Mark Hussey has been the Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Crosscom National, LLC from 2002 to 2011. Also, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Information Resources, Inc. from 2000 to 2002.

Mr. has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the company since January 2017. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller of the company. Prior to this, he held several positions within Deloitte & Touche’s Assurance and Advisory Services group.

Mr. Ronnie Dail is the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he has 12-year career with Accenture, where he specialized in complex program management, strategic planning, systems integration and process improvement initiatives.

Mr. Dean Hamilton has been the Chief Technology Officer since December 2025. Previosuly, he served as Senior Adviser, Partner and The Chief Technology Officer at Wilson Perumal & Company (WP&C) from 2012 to 2019. Prior to this, he served as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at Persistent Systems. Also, Head of machine-to-machine (M2M) innovation at Ericsson.

Ms. Kristen Bruner has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Corporate Vice President of the company since September 2022. Prior to this she served as a Chief Human Resources Officer at W.L. Gore & Associates. Previously, she held various Human Resources leadership roles at Boeing. Prior to joining Boeing, she served in various human resources roles across software, retail, digital, oil and gas, and manufacturing industries.
