Mr. Simon Chi Keung To has been the Chairman of the company since 2006. He is also serves as the Managing Director of Hutchison Whampoa (China) Limited and has been with the company for over 40 years. Prior to this, he served as the Director of China Southern Airlines Company Limited and Air China Limited. Currently, he also served as the Chairman of Gama Aviation Plc.

Dr. Weiguo Su has been the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Scientific Officer and the Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer since 2012. He spent 15 years with Pfizer’s US R&D organization, where he served as the Director of medicinal chemistry department.

Mr. Johnny Cheng has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Executive Director of the company since 2011. Prior to this, Mr. Cheng served as the Vice President, Finance of Bristol Myers Squibb in China and was a Director of Sino-American Shanghai Squibb Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and Bristol-Myers Squibb (China) Investment Co. Ltd. in Shanghai.

Dr. Karen Jane Atkin has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she has held various leadership roles at Astrazeneca Plc, including as Senior Vice President of Medical for Biopharmaceuticals, Vice President of the Global Infection, Neuroscience and Autoimmunity Therapy Area and the Established Brand Business, Country President of Indonesia and led China R&D for over four years.

Mr. Chen has been the company's Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of China region since 2018. He has also served as the General Manager of Hutchison Sinopharm and Hutchison Healthcare. Previously, Mr. Chen joined Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Product Manager in 2011 and served in several roles of increasing responsibility before becoming National Sales & Marketing Director of China.
