Mr. Fok Kin Ning, Canning has been the Chairman and Director of the Company since March 2009.Ptior to this, has been a Nomination Committee member of the company from January 2019 to February 2022. Before that, Mr. Fok served as a Remuneration Committee member of the company from April 2009 to 8 December 2025. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of the company from April 2009 to December 2011. Mr. Fok also served as a director of Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited from 1985 to September 2024. Before that, he served as a director of HWL from 1984 to September 2024. Previously, Mr. Fok served as deputy chairman and executive director of CKHH. Before that, he served as chairman of TPG Telecom Limited. Previously, Mr. Fok served as chairman of HK Electric Investments Manager Limited as the trustee-manager of HK Electric Investments. He also served as chairman of HK Electric Investments Limited. Before that, Mr. Fok served as executive chairman of CK Hutchison Group Telecom Holdings Limited. Previously, he served as deputy chairman of CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited. Before that, Mr. Fok served as deputy president commissioner of PT Indosat Tbk. He also served as a director of certain substantial shareholders of the company and certain companies controlled by certain substantial shareholders of the company.

Mr. Ho Wai Wing, Raymond has been the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since October 2025. Previously, he served as General Director of Vietnamobile Telecommunications Joint Stock Company from 2021 to 2025. Prior to this, he served as Chief of South Region and National Chief Communication Officer of Vietnamobile Telecommunications Joint Stock Company from 2019 to 2021. He served as Brand Management & Digital Marketing Director of 3HK from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, he was Corporate & Marketing Communications Director from 2014 to 2017. Earlier, he was Consumer Market Director from 2012 to 2014.

NG Marcus Byron has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2023. Previously, he worked with CKHH Group for over 11 years.

Mr. Leong Bing Yow has been the Chief Technology and Transformation Officer of the company since July 2025. He joined the company in January 2022. He has more than 19 years of experience in telecommunications.
