Mr. Jacques Martin has been the Chairman of the company since September 2018. He also serves as a Directors of RGA Life Reinsurance Company of Canada. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director and Head of International Equities at Goldman Sachs . He also served as a Senior Vice-President of International Equities, for the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec.

Mr. Denis Ricard has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since September 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to that, he worked as an Executive Vice President of Individual Insurance and Annuities. Earlier, he worked as the Vice President of Marketing and Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary. He also worked as the Senior Vice President, Business Development.

Ms. Marie-Annick Bonneau has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of the company since October 2025. Previously, she held various positions in the areas of investor relations, compliance, regulatory and operational risk, sustainability and public affairs, risk management, and compliance, regulatory and operational risk.

Mr. Alain Bergeron has been the Executive Vice president, Chief Investment Officer of the company since September 2019. Prior this, he served as Senior Vice President at Mackenzie Investments for six years. Previously, Mr. Bergeron spent over 10 years at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board where he assumed various roles in asset allocation and portfolio management.

Ms. Stephanie Butt Thibodeau has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Talent and Culture Officer of the company since May 2022. She also serves as a Director for the Ottawa Network for Borderline Personality Disorder. Previously, she held may years of experience in financial services and human resource management, as well as in business transformation and organizational agility.
