Mr. Barry Diller has been the Chairman and Senior Executive of the company since December 2010. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He also served as the Director of The Coca-Cola Company. Previously, he held various roles at TripAdvisor Inc, including special advisor to the Chief Executive Officer from April 2013 to March 2017, Director December 2011 to April 2013, and Chairman and Senior Executive from December 2011 to December 2012. He served as the Chairman of Live Nation Entertainment Inc from August 2008 to October 2010 and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of QVC Inc December 1992 to December 1994 and Fox Inc from 1984 to 1992. Earlier, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Paramount Pictures Corp, President of entertainment and Communications Group which include Simon & Schuster, Inc. and Madison Square Garden Corporation and SEGA Enterprises Inc. Currently, he serves as the Chairman and Senior Executive of Expedia Inc and Director of MGM Resorts International.

Mr. Christopher Halpin has been the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at National Football League (NFL) from December 2018 to January 2022. Mr. Halpin served as the Chief Strategy Officer of NFL From March 2017 to December 2018, led its Consumer Products business from August 2014 to March 2018, and also led strategy and business development for the League’s media business from June 2013 to August 2014. Mr. Halpin started his career in the Merchant Banking Department of Goldman Sachs & Co. Previously, he served as the Partner and Managing Director at Providence Equity Partners.

Ms. Kendall Handler has been the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the company from January 2021 to December 2021. Previously, she served as the Vice President, M&A Counsel of the company. Ms. Handler also served as a Director of Angi Inc from December 2020 to March 2025 and Vimeo Inc from May 2021 to June 2023.

Mr. Edward Ferguson has been the Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Assistant US Attorney in the Southern District of New York. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Executive Director of New York City’s Business Integrity Commission.

Mr. Joshua J. Koplik is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Global Information Security for HBO. Previously, Mr. Koplik served as a Director of Technology Risk Management at Fidelity Investments.
