Mr. Sandeep Bakhshi has been the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, and a Director of the bank since October 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the bank from June, 2018 to October 2018. Previously, he was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company. Earlier, he was the Deputy Managing Director of ICICI Bank. He also served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at ICICI Lombard General Insurance.

Mr. Rakesh Jha has been a Director of the bank since 2022. He also serves as a Director at ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Limited, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, ICICI Home Finance Company Limited, and Mastercard Asia/ Pacific Pte. Ltd.

Mr. Sandeep Batra has been a Director of the bank since December 2020. He also serves as the Chairman of ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Limited and ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited. He serves as a Director of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited and ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited.

Mr. Anindya Banerjee has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since May 2022. Prior to this he served as a Head of Investor Relations and Strategy at the Bank. He joined in ICICI Group in 1998 and initially worked in the area of corporate banking before planning and strategy function in the corporate office.

: Mr. Girish Chandra Chaturvedi has been the Chairman of the bank since 2018. He also serves as the Chairman of the National Stock Exchange. Prior to this, he was an IAS Officer, Uttar Pradesh from 1977 to 2013. Previously, he served the Government of India at various levels across several sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Health, Pension, Petroleum and Natural Gas, and Family Welfare.
