Mr. Vivek Jain is the Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since February 2014. Prior to this, he has served as the President, Procedural Solutions of CareFusion from 2011 to 2014; the President of Medical Technologies and Services of CareFusion between 2009 and 2011. He has also been the Executive Vice President-Strategy and Corporate Development of Cardinal Health from 2007 to 2009; Senior Vice President and the Head of Healthcare Strategy, Business Development and M&A for the Philips Medical Systems business of Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V. from 2006 to 2007; Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Healthcare Investment Banking from 2002 to 2006 with J.P. Morgan.

Mr. Brian Bonnell has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ICU Medical Inc since March 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Vice President in Finance. Mr. Bonnell has served as Treasurer and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at Alere Inc. from May 2015 until December 2017. He has held various roles at CareFusion Corporation in Finance including Senior Vice President of Tax and Treasurer.

Mr. Christian B. Voigtlander has been ICU Medical's Chief Operating Officer since January 2018. From February 2017 to January 2018, he served as the Company’s Corporate Vice President, Business Development and General Manager of Infusion Solutions. From June 2015 to February 2017, Mr. Voigtlander served as ICU Medicals's Vice President of Business Development. Prior to May 2015, he held several roles at CareFusion and as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategy.
