Mr. Eric D. Ashleman has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since December 2020. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from July 2015 to December 2020. Prior to this, Mr. Ashleman served as the Vice President-Group Executive of the Company’s Health & Science Technologies and Fire & Safety/Diversified Products segments from January 2014 to July 2015 and President-Group Executive of the company’s Fire & Safety/Diversified Products segment from 2011 to January 2014. Mr. Ashleman joined the company in 2008 as the President of the company’s Gast Manufacturing and added the responsibilities of the Global Dispensing business in 2010.

Mr. Abhi Khandelwal has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since November 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Multi-Color Corporation and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for CIRCOR International. Previously he served various leadership roles at GE Appliances, a Haier company, and GE and The Stanley Works - Security.

Ms. Allison Lausas has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of the company. Previously she served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this role, she served as the Interim Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller at SunCoke Energy. She served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Suncoke from 2014 to 2021 and also held various leadership roles in Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax and Treasury functions. Prior to this role, Ms. Lausas worked at KPMG from 2002 to 2011 and served as the Senior Audit Manager when she left the firm.

Ms. Abigail Roche has been the Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant General Counsel of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Compliance Officer of the company in 2018. She joined the company in 2014 as the Chief Labor and Employment Counsel. Earlier, she served as in-house counsel for Hospira Inc and a Litigator at Seyfarth Shaw, LLIP. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Roche served as the In-House Counsel for Hospira Inc and led the labor and employment functions. She also served as a Litigator at Seyfarth Shaw, LLIP.

Ms. Melissa S. Flores has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since February 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Global Talent of the company from May 2019 to February 2021; and Group Vice President Human Resources of the company's dosing & water businesses, Global Dispensing business and Micropump business from February 2018 to May 2019. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Talent Management and Development of the company from March 2017 to February 2018; and Director of Talent Development of the company from March 2015 to March 2017. Prior to joining the company, she served as a Senior Recruiter, Client Relationship Manager and Team Leader.
