Mr. Jonathan J. Mazelsky has been the Chairman of the company since May 2026. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company from October 2019 to May 2026. Earlier, he served as the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer in the company from June 2019 to October 2019. He also served as the Executive Vice President from August 2012 to June 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of North American Companion Animal Group Commercial Organization; Senior Vice President, and General Manager of Computed Tomography, Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Therapy Planning at Philips Healthcare. Mr. Mazelsky also served as the Executive in Charge of Agilent Technologies.

Mr. Michael G. Erickson has been Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2026. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Point of Care Diagnostics & Telemedicine at IDEXX from January 2024 to May 2026. Earlier, he served as a Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Point of Care Diagnostics at the company from January 2023 to December 2023. He also served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager, Corporate & Strategic Accounts and Corporate Strategy & Advanced Analytics at IDEXX from January 2022 to December 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager, Corporate & Strategic Accounts of the company from January 2020 to December 2021. Previously, he served as a Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Veterinary Software & Services and Corporate & Strategic Accounts of IDEXX from October 2011 to December 2019. Earlier, he served as the Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company from 2003 to 2011.

Mr. Andrew Emerson has been an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of the company since March 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of the company from January 2024 to February 2025 and a Vice President from November 2015 to December 2023. Previously, he served as the Vice President, Finance and Business Unit Controller at Medtronic plc. Mr. Emerson also served as the Controller for the Advanced Surgical Technologies business unit at Covidien plc.

Mr. Jason Johnson has been a Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of the company since January 2026. Earlier, he served as a Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of the company from 2020 to 2025. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Dean of the Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine from 2016 to 2020. He also founded the Center for Animal and Human Health in Appalachia in 2015 and served as its Executive Director from 2015 to 2020.

Mr. Amit Gupta has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Digital & Information Officer of the company since November 2025. Previously, he served as the Vice President of IT DIGITAL Customer Experience & Commerce of Danaher Life Science Innovation Group from March 2022 to May 2025. Earlier, he served as Chief Digital and Information Officer of Abcam plc, part of Danaher’s Life Sciences segment from January 2024 to May 2025. Earlier, he he held various information technology management roles across a range of industries, including commercial banking, industrial manufacturing, and semiconductors, and was an information technology consultant.
