Mr. Jonathan J. Mazelsky has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and the President of the company since October 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of North American Companion Animal Group Commercial Organization; the Senior Vice President and the General Manager of Computed Tomography, Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Therapy Planning at Philips Healthcare. Mr. Mazelsky also served at Agilent Technologies.

Mr. Brian P. McKeon has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since January 2014. Prior to this, he served as a Director of IDEXX between July 2003 and December 2013; Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer at Iron Mountain Inc from April 2007 to October 2013; and Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of The Timberland accessories, from March 2000 to April 2007. He has held several finance and strategic planning positions with PepsiCo Inc from 1991 to 2000, serving most recently as Vice President, Finance at Pepsi-Cola, North America. Mr. McKeon has also worked as a strategy consultant with the Alliance Consulting group and as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand.

Mr. Ken Grady has been the Senior Vice President and the Chief Information Officer of the company since February 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of the company; the Director of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at New England BioLabs, and as Global Head of Business Analytics and Commercial Information Technology at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics in Massachusetts.

Mr. Martin Smith serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer since August 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Cytiva from August 2020 to July 2021. He has held various leadership positions at Pall Corp including Chief Technology Officer from September 2014 to August 2020; Senior Vice President of Pall R&D from 2010 to 2014; Vice President of Research & Development of Pall Medical from 2008 to 2010 and Senior Director of Pall Life Science R&D from 2006 to 2008.

Mr. Michael P. Johnson serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since March 2022. Prior to this, he has held various leadership positions at Abbott Laboratories Inc including, Divisional Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion from July 2020 to March 2022; Divisional Vice President of Human Resources, for Abbott Diabetes Care from January 2017 to June 2020 and for Abbott Medical Optics from November 2013 to December 2016; and Regional Human Resources Director for a variety of international operations in Asia and Europe from 2009 to 2013.
