IHH Healthcare Berhad: Executives

Dr Nik Nozrul Thani has been the Chairman of the company since June 2024. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Malaysia-Singapore Business Council.

Mr. Prem Kumar Nair has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Executive Officer of IHH Singapore and Chief Corporate Officer, and Managing Director for Singapore Healthcare at Raffles Medical Group.

Mr. Dilip Kadambi has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury of the company. Previously, Mr. Kadambi served as the Interim Group Chief Executive Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer at Columbia Asia Healthcare, Singapore and Malaysia from 2015 to 2020. He also served at Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore), CIMB Bank Berhad (Singapore), Royal Bank of Scotland (Singapore and India) and ABN AMRO Bank (India).

Mrs. Nili Shayrina Binti Saat has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to thos, she served as the Director of Risk Management and Business Process for Eagle Hills Properties in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Mrs. Binti Saat has more than 25 years of experience in Risk Management with broad industry experience and market exposure in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and the European region.

Mr. Stephen Byrne has been the Chief Internal Audit Officer of the company 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Internal Audit since 2021. Previously, Mr.Byrne served as the Group Manager, Risk and Assurance of global packaging company Orora in Melbourne, Australia. Mr. Byrne has over 30 years of international experience in both corporate and site-based roles.
