IHH Healthcare Berhad: Executives

Mr. Mohammed Azlan bin Hashim has been the Chairman of the company. Previously, he served as the Executive Chairman of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange Group from 1998 to 2004. Mr. Hashim held in senior management roles at Bumiputra Merchant Bankers Berhad and Amanah Capital Malaysia Berhad.

Mr. Prem Kumar Nair has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Executive Officer of IHH Singapore and Chief Corporate Officer, and Managing Director for Singapore Healthcare at Raffles Medical Group.

Mr. Joerg Ayrle has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. He also served as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Thai Union Group. Prior to this, Mr. Ayrle was also the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Osram Sylvania. He served as the Managing Director of Corporate Finance Mergers, Acquisitions and Post Closing at Siemens.

Mr. Joe Sim Heng Joo has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of IHH’s Malaysia Operations Division. Mr. Joo served at National University Health System and the National Healthcare Group. He has over 19 years of experience in the public and private healthcare industry

Ms. Angela Ryan has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since April 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources -Asia Pacific and the Middle East at Fox Networks Group. Ms. Ryan also served at GroupM (WPP Plc), holding various leadership roles including Global Chief Human Resources and Talent Officer.
