Mr. Lee Chun Fai has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and the Deputy Managing Director of the company from 2015 to 2023. He also served as the Deputy Chief Financial Of?cer and the Head of Information Systems Department at IJM Group. Mr. Fai was the Head of Corporate Services Division at RBH Group. Currently, he serves as a Director for WCE Holdings Berhad, Malaysian South-South Corporation Berhad, IJM Land Berhad, Sebana Golf & Marina Resort Berhad, and Road Builder (M) Holdings Bhd.

Mr. Edward Chong Sin Kiat has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of IJM Land Berhad (IJML) from 2015 to 2022. Mr. Sin Kat also held various positions at IJML including the Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and General Manager of Finance. Previously, he served as the General Manager and Assistant General Manager of Corporate Affairs at IJML. Currently, he serves as a Director at IJM Land Berhad, ERMS Berhad, Sebana Golf & Marina Resort Berhad, and Road Builder (M) Holdings Bhd. He also serves as the Vice President of Rehda Malaysia and Deputy Chairman of Rehda Selangor.

Mr. Wong Heng Wai has been the Chief Executive Officer of IJM Construction Sdn Bhd (IJMC) at the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of IJMC. Mr. Heng Wia held various position at IJMC including the Chief Operating Officer, Project Director, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Planning Engineer, and Design Engineer. Earlier, he worked at BHP Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd, Mudajaya Corporation Berhad and Tonkin & Taylor Konsult (M) Sdn Bhd.

Mr. Datuk Ling Thou Lung has been the Chief Executive Officer at the company since 2024. Prior to this, Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of IJML. He also worked as a Resident Engineer and the Development Manager of Holdings. He serves as a Director at ERMS Berhad and Sebana Golf & Marina Resort Berhad.

Mr. Tan Boon Seng has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Non-Executive Chairman of the company from 2014 to 2019 and an Executive Deputy Chairman from 2011 to 2013. He held various positions at the company including the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director, a Director, an Alternate Director, and a Financial Controller. Mr. Seng also served as a Director of IJM Plantations Berhad and the Chairman of IJM Land Berhad. Currently, he serves as a Director of Grupo Concesionario del Oeste S.A., Argentina, Malaysia Airlines Berhad, Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad, and Malaysian Community & Education Foundation.
