Mr. John W. Thompson has been the Chairman of the Board since May 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Virtual Instruments. Before that, he served as the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Symantec. Mr. John served in several leadership roles in sales, marketing, and software development at IBM, including General Manager at IBM Americas.

Mr. Jacob Thaysen has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President of Agilent Technologies and President of its Life Sciences and Applied Markets Group.

Mr. Joydeep Goswami has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer of the company since February 2023. He also serves as a Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer since 2019. Previously he served as a Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this he served as a President of Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Oncology business unit at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Before that, he served in roles of strategy for pharmaceutical, medical technology and technology companies at McKinsey.

Ms. Carissa Rollins has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since March 2022. Prior to this, she served as a Chief Information Officer at UnitedHealthcare. Prior to this she served various leadership positions at Gander Mountain, Kohl's Corporation, Manpower Global, and Miller-Coors.

Mr. Steve Barnard, PhD has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since August 2023. Prior to this he served as a Vice President of Technology Development and Chemistry Development at Illumina.
