Mr. Tom O’Leary has been the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director of Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy and Fertilisers division. He also serves as a Director of the Clontarf Foundation.

Ms. Adele Stratton has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Head of Development at the company since 2020. Previously, she served as the General Manager of Finance, Investor Relations, and Corporate Affairs at the company. She also worked at KPMG and Rio Tinto. Ms. Stratton joined the company in 2011.

Mr. Colin Nexhip has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Assets and Energy Management at Newmont. Mr. Nexhip has over 25 years of expertise in the mining industry.

Mr. Daniel McGrath has been the Chief Technical Officer and the Head of Rare Earths at the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Metallurgist at the company. He held senior roles at Iluka’s Western Australian, USA, and Eastern Australian operations. Mr. McGrath joined the company in 1993.

Mr. Rob Cole has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Beach Energy. He was a Director, an Executive Vice President of Corporate and Commercial and the General Counsel at Woodside Petroleum Limited. Mr. Cole served as a Partner at King and Wood Mallesons, the Chairman at Southern Ports Authority and GLX Group, and a Director at St Bartholomew’s House Inc. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Synergy, Landgate, and Perenti Global Limited.
