Mr. Landel C. Hobbs has been the Chairman of the company since 2016 and Director of the company since 2014. He also served as the Vice Chairman of the company from 2015 to 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Time Warner Cable from 2005 to 2010 and as the Chief Financial Officer at Time Warner Cable from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of Financial Analysis and Operations Support for all divisions at AOL Time Warner from 2000 to 2001. Mr. Hobbs also held different positions, including as the Chief Accounting Officer, Controller and Senior Vice President at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. from 1993 to 2000. Prior to that, he also served as the Audit Director and Senior Vice President at Banc One Illinois Corporation and as the Senior Manager at KPMG Peat Marwick. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer at LCH Enterprises LLC, since 2010.

Mr. Timothy A. Peterman has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Interim Chief Financial Officer from January 2020 to June 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2015 to 2018. Mr. Peterman served as the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of Amerimark Interactive from 2018 to 2019. Previously he served as Chief Operating Officer of The J. Peterman Company, since 2011. He served various senior roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and strategy consultant of Synacor, from 2009 to 2011. Mr. Peterman served six years at The E.W. Scripps Company in various senior roles, including Senior Vice President of corporate development. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of IAC’s broadcasting and cable divisions, which included USA Network & Sci-Fi Channel from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Peterman also spent almost six years in senior financial roles at Tribune Company.

Mr. Tom Zielecki has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2022. Prior to this he served as a Chief Financial Officer at LTD Commodities. Prior to this he served at PWC and Deloitte & Touche.

Mr. Montgohasmery Wageman been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of the company in 2020. Prior to that, he served as Senior Director of Accounting, Tax and Treasury from 2019 to 2020. Earlier, he served as Accounting Director from 2007 to 2019. He has experience in various roles at Fourth Shift Corporation and Viromed Laboratories, Inc.

Mr. Troy Collings has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since May 2022. Prior to this he served as a Vice President Technology at Imedia from June 2021. Prior to this he served several Engineering, Technology, and Leadership roles at Target and seventeen years at Cargil.
