Mr. Stephen C. McCluski has been the Chairman of the company since November 2009. He joined the company as a Director in April 2007. Prior to joining the company, Mr. McCluski has worked as the Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Bausch & Lomb Incorporated from 1995 to 2007. Previously, he served at Bausch & Lomb and its subsidiaries in various executive positions between 1989 and 1995.

Mr. Mark J. Enyedy has been the President and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Development at Shire plc. Previously, Mr. Enyedy served as the Chief Executive Officer of Proteostasis Therapeutics Inc, following 15 years at Genzyme Corporation.

Ms. Lauren White has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Principal Accounting Officer at C4 Therapeutics. Previously she served leadership roles at Novartis, Boston Consulting Group and General Electric.

Mr. Daniel Char has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the company since November 2022. Prior to this he served at Evelo Biosciences and Targanta Therapeutics.

Ms. Stacy A. Coen has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer of the company since June 2020. Prior to this role, she served as Vice President, Business Development at Editas Medicine. Ms. Coen served in multiple roles at Genzyme Corp including Vice President, Head of Rare Disease Business Development and Licensing, and Vice President, Global Head of Strategy and Business Development, Multiple Sclerosis, among others.
