Mr. Lukas Paravicini has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since October 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Paravicini served as the Chief Financial Officer of ED&F Man Holdings. He also served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Global Consumer and Foodservice Business at Fonterra. Earlier, he held several senior finance and general management roles at Nestle.

Mr. Murray McGowan has been the Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Strategy and Development Officer of the company.

Ms. Therese Esperdy has been the Chairwoman of the company since January 2020. Currently, she also serves as a Director at Moody's Corp. She served as a Director of Imperial Brands in July 2016 and as a Senior Independent Director in May 2019. Previously, she held various roles at JP Morgan, including Global Chairman of JP Morgan’s Financial Institutions Group, Global Head of Debt Capital Markets, Co-Head of Asia-Pacific Corporate & Investment Banking, and Head of US Debt Capital Markets. She started her career at Lehman Brothers and joined Chase Securities in 1997.

Ms. Paola Pocci has been the Chief Consumer Officer of the company since November 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Personal Beauty Care Portfolio, Greater China at Procter & Gamble.

Ms. Deborah Binks-Moore has been the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of the company since June 2024. Prior to this, she served as a Director of Corporate Relations and had 20 years of international experience in sectors including energy, technology, retail and e-commerce. Previously, she worked at Shell, Centrica, National Grid, Alibaba Group, eBay and Puma Energy.
