Imperial Logistics Ltd: Executives

Mr. Mohammed Akoojee has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company; and Chief Executive Officer of the logistics African Regions division and executive director responsible for mergers, acquisitions, strategy and investor relations for the group. Prior to joining the company, he worked within the corporate finance and investment banking team at Investec Bank.

Mr. Suhail Al Banna has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Middle East and Africa of the company. He has over 15 years’ worth of experience in the port industry.

Mr. Yuvraj Narayan has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of the company. Previously, he served as the Head of Corporate and Project Finance and Chief Financial Officer of ANZ Group. Prior to that, Mr. Narayan served as Director of Istithmar World and IDFC Securities. He has over 24 years of experience in the ports and international banking sectors.

Mr. Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Currently, He also serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DP World and Chairman of Ports, Customs & Free Zone Corporation. Mr. Sulayem has over 30 years of experience in the marine and transportation sector.
