Mr. Herve Hoppenot has been the Chairman, the President and Chief Executive Officer since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the President; Chief Commercial Officer; Head of Global Product Strategy & Scientific Development; and Senior Vice President, Head of Global Marketing of Novartis Oncology. Initially he worked with Rhone Poulenc, later known as Aventis, in several senior roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice President of Oncology and head of the US Oncology business unit.

Ms.Christiana Stamoulis has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since January, 2019. Prior to this, she served as the President and Chief Financial Officer for Unum Therapeutics. Prior to joining Unum, Ms. Stamoulis was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Before that, she served for 15 years in the investment banking and management consulting sector. She served as a Managing Director at Citigroup’s Investment Banking division and prior to that Ms Stamoulis served as a Senior Investment Banker in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Goldman Sachs. She began her career as a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group.

Dr. Steven H. Stein has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of the company since May 2016. He joined Incyte as the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer in March 2015. Prior to this position, he served as Senior Vice President, US Clinical Development & Medical Affairs at Novartis Oncology US. Previously he worked at GlaxoSmithKline as Vice President, Global Oncology, Clinical Development and Head of Medicines Development for Hematology and Supportive Care.

Dr. Dashyant Dhanak has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer of Incyte since November 2018. Prior to this, he served as vice president and head of Discovery Sciences of Janssen research & Development. Before that, he served for 25 years at GlaxoSmithKline in several leadership roles including vice president and head of the Cancer Epigenetics Discovery performance unit.
