Mr. Jose Arnau Sierra has been the Deputy Chairman of the company since June 2012. He also serves as the non-executive proprietary director since 2012. Prior to this, he served on Board of Directors from 1997 to 2000, Management Committee from 1993 to 2001. He has been a member of various boards of directors as legal representative of Pontegadea Inversiones, S.L. Mr. Sierra also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Fundación Amancio Ortega from inception and its Executive Deputy Chair since 2017.

Mr. Oscar Garcia Maceiras has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since November 2021. Prior to this, he served as the General Counsel and Secretary at the company. Earlier, he served as the Group General Counsel and Deputy Secretary of the Board of Directors of Banco Santander in 2016. Mr. Maceiras worked as the Deputy Secretary of the Board of Directors and Head of Institutional Service of Banco Popular Group. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director of Corporate Development and Legal Affairs at SAREB. He also served as the Chief Legal Officer, and General and Board Secretary at Banco Pastor.

Ms. Marta Ortega Perez has been the Non-Executive Chairman of the company since April 2022. She joined Inditex Group in 2007. She also held several roles in Zara Woman design. Currently, she serves as a Director of Pontegadea Inversiones S.L. and Partler Participaciones, S.L.U.
