Mr. Narayan Kumar has been the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President at the Confederation of Indian Industry and Chairman of the Indo-Japan Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Currenty, he serves as the President of Bala Mandir Kamaraj Trust and Managing Trustee of The Indian Education Trust, which runs two schools. He is the Vice Chairman of The Sanmar Group, Chennai and is the Honorary Consul General of Greece in Chennai.

Mr. Prachur Sah has been the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he led the oil and gas vertical of Vedanta, Cairn. Previously, he held various roles at Schlumberger, including the Managing Director of South Asia region, leadership positions in line management, HR, safety, and marketing across the Middle East, Latin America, Europe, India, and the US.

Mr. Vikas Poddar has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Global Head of Finance at Vodafone Intelligent Solutions. He also worked in several leadship roles at Vodafone India. Mr. Poddar worked as Manager of finance at ITC Ltd and Thai Filament Co Ltd.

Mr. Tejinder Kalra has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Sub Region Head for Central, Eastern and Western Africa at Nokia. He also worked at Reliance Infocomm, Satyam Infoway, and Sprint RPG.

Mr. Vinod Sivarama Krishnan has been the Chief Information Officer of the company. Prior to this, he worked at Hindustan Unilever, Wal-Mart India, and General Electric.
