Mr. Sunil Mehta has been the Chairman of the bank since 2023. Previously he served as Non-Executive Chairman of YES Bank Limited in March 2020 to July 2022, Non-Executive Chairman of Punjab National Bank from March 2017 to February 2020, Director of State Bank of India from June 2014 to March 2017, Mr. Mehta worked with Citibank for over 18 years where he held various senior positions including operations, risk management, public sector business, sales & risk reengineering and extensively across corporate banking. He served on the Board of all AIG Companies in India including, Tata AIG General Insurance and Tata AIA Life Insurance Ltd for several years. He worked at Citibank, AIG, SBI, PNB and YES Bank.

Mr. Sumanth Kathpalia has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and Managing Director of the company since February 2020. Prior to this, he served as Head of consumer loans at the bank. Previously, he served as Head of consumer bank for ABN AMRO, India. He also served several senior positions at Bank of America, and Citibank.

Mr. Gobind Jain is the Chief Financial Officer of the bank. Previously, he served as Joint President of Group accounts and MIS at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. Formerly, he worked with Bank of America, Bank Internasional Indonesia, and the Reserve Bank of India.

Mr. Vivek Bajpeyi has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since June 2023. Previously, he served as Head of Corporate Finance at RBL Bank. Previously, Mr. Bajpeyi served as Head of Corporate & Investment Bank at Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Shiv Kumar Bhasin has been the Chief Transformation Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Group Chief Technology and Operations Officer of National Stock Exchange. He holds 28 years of expertise in banking and financial services.
