Mr. Liao Lin has been the Chairman of the bank since February 2024. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the bank. Previously, he held various positions at the bank including Chief Risk Officer, President, Senior Executive Vice President and Vice Chairman. He worked with China Construction Bank and served in various positions including Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, Deputy General Manager of Guangxi Branch, and General Manager of Ningxia Branch, Hubei Branch and Beijing Branch.

Mr. Wang Jingwu has been the Chief Risk Officer, Director, and Senior Executive Vice President of the bank since September 2021. Prior to this, he served at the Postal Bank of China in several leadership roles including Head of Shijiazhuang Central Sub-branch, Director of State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) Hebei Branch, Head of Hohhot Central Sub-branch, Director of SAFE Inner Mongolia Branch, Head of Guangzhou Branch, Director of SAFE Guangdong Branch, and Director-General of Financial Stability Bureau.

Mr. Tian Fenglin has been the Chief Business Officer of the bank since December 2023. Previously, he held various positions at the bank including Director and General Manager of ICBC (Malaysia), Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Branch, General Manager of Suzhou Branch, and Vice Chairman of ICBC (Argentina).

Mr. Song Jianhua has been the Chief Business Officer of the bank since April 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Branch and General Manager of the Personal Banking Department of the Head Office of the bank. He joined ICBC in 1987.
