Mr. Herbert Diess has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he held various positions at Volkswagen AG including; Chief Executive Officer from 2018 to 2022, and Member of the Management Board from 2015 to 2018. Previously, he held various positions at BMW AG including; Member of the Management Board, Development from 2012 to 2014, Member of the Management Board, Purchasing and Supplier Network from 2007 to 2012, Head of BMW Motorcycles from 2003 to 2007, Head of Oxford plant from 2000 to 2003, Head of Birmingham plant from 1999 to 2000, Head of Process Consulting Development and Technology from 1998 to 1999, and Head of Process Consulting Production from 1997 to 1998.

Mr. Jochen Hanebeck has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2022 and Director since 2016. Previously, he held various positions within the company including; Chief Operations Officer from 2016 to 2022, Division President Automotive from 2008 to 2016, Head of the Microcontrollers Business Unit from 2007 to 2008, Head of Operations from 2004 to 2007, Head of the Infineon Center of Excellence from 2003 to 2004, and Head of Operations Chip Card & Security Division from 2001 to 2003.

Mr. Sven Schneider has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he held various positions at Linde AG including; Spokesman of the Executive Board, Chief Financial Officer and Labor Director since 2019, Member of the Executive Board (CFO) from 2017 to 2019, Interim Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2017, Group Treasurer from 2011 to 2016, and Head of Corporate Finance 2005 to 2011.

Mr. Rutger Wijburg has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he held various positions within the company including; Head of Frontend 2021 to 2022, and Managing Director of Dresden from 2018 to 2021. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Globalfoundries Inc., from 2011 to 2018. He also served as Senior Vice President Operations Manager Front-End, WW Manager, Real Estate and Facilities at NXP Semiconductors N.V. from 2006 to 2011. Earlier, he also served as Vice President and General Manager Industrial Center Nijmegen at Philips Semiconductors from 1999 to 2006.

Mr. Andreas Urschitz has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he held various positions within the company including; Division President Power & Sensor Systems from 2012 to 2022, Several different management roles in the areas of production, marketing, development and sales from 1998 to 2011 and Production planning and strategy since 1995.
