Mr. Kevin Samuelson serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Mr. Samuelson has over 20 years of experience in finance, technology and operations. He joined the company in 2002. Prior to joining Infor, he served in Equity Research for Robertson Stephens and Bank of America.

Mr. Matt Flamini has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the President of Koch Equity Development at Koch Industries’ acquisition and investment subsidiary. Mr. Flamini also served as a Director in the transaction services/mergers and acquisitions practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Soma Somasundaram serves as the Chief Technology Officer and President of Products of the company. He has over 40 years of experience in enterprise resource planning, supply chain, and financial applications.

Ms. Kelly Buchanan serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. She joined the company in 2021. Ms. Buchanan comes with over 16 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer leadership roles. Previously, she served as the Vice President of digital marketing of L'Oréal.

Ms. Sharon Sulc serves as the Chief Communications Officer of the company. Previously, she held various roles in marketing and corporate communications at Bank One, Communications III, SingleSourceIT, Frontstep and MAPICS.
