Ms. Alison Gerry is the Chairman of the company since May 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Director of the company since 2014. Previously, she served as a Professional Director since 2007. Currently, she is also the Chair of Sharesies and the director of ANZ Bank New Zealand and Air New Zealand. She is also the member of Audit and Risk, Nomination and Remuneration and the Manager and Engagement Committees.

Mr. Jason Boyes serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director at the company since April 2021. He has been instrumental in numerous Infratil investments since, including the acquisition of Vodafone NZ and subsequent capital raise in 2019. Prior to this, he worked at Morrison & Co. for 15 years in various roles like Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Head of Europe and Head of Legal and holds a Partnership in the company.

Mr. William Smales serves as the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Digital and Connectivity division of teh company since 2022. He has extensive investment experience in other industry sectors. Previously, Mr. Smales led Infratil’s investment into CDC Data Centres, Vodafone New Zealand and RetireAustralia. Prior to joining Morrison, he was a Principal at The Carlyle Group in 2013. Mr. Smales also serves as a Director of CDC Data Centres, Kao Data and Longroad Energy.
