Mr. Gregory B. Kenny serves as the Chairman of the company. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of General Cable Corporation from 2001 to 2015, and its Director from 1997 to 2015. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of General Cable Corporation from 1999 to 2001, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 1997 to 1999, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing from 1994 to 1997, and from as President, Consumer Products Group 1992 to 1994. Mr. Kenny also serves as the Chairman of Cardinal Health, Inc.

Mr. James P. Zallie has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since January 2018. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President, Global Specialties and President, Americas from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Zallie also served as Executive Vice President, Global Specialties and President, North America and EMEA from 2014 to 2015. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President, Global Specialties and President, EMEA and Asia-Pacific from 2012 to 2014. Earlier, Mr. Zallie served as an Executive Vice President and President, Global Ingredient Solutions from 2010 to 2012. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Starch business from 2007 to 2010.

Mr. James D. Gray has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since March 2017. Previously, he served as the Vice President, Corporate Finance and Planning, from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Gray previously served as Vice President, Finance, North America from 2014 when he joined the company in 2016. Prior to that Mr. Gray was employed by PepsiCo, Inc. from 2004 to 2014. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Gatorade division and Vice President Finance of PepsiCo, Inc. from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that Mr. Gray served as Vice President Finance PepsiCo Beverages North America from 2004 to 2010.

Mr. Bob Border is the global Chief Information Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer of Coveris Group. Previously, Mr. Border served as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Pregis LLC and held leadership roles in IT at Merisant, Lawson Products and Monsanto.

Ms. Tanya Jaeger de Foras has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of the company since November 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Legal Officer for EMEA business unit of Whirlpool Corporation. Previously, she served as the Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer and relocated to the company’s global headquarters in Benton Harbor, Michigan in 2019. Before this role, she served as the Deputy General Counsel at Luxottica S.p.A (now EssilorLuxottica), as well as EMEA regional general counsel From 2012 to 2015.
