Mr. James P. Zallie has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since January 2018 and Chairman of the company since February 2026. Previously, he held various positions at the company including Executive Vice President of Global Specialties and President of Americas from 2016 to 2017, Executive Vice President of Global Specialties and President of North America and EMEA from 2014 to 2015, Executive Vice President of Global Specialties and President of EMEA and Asia-Pacific from 2012 to 2014. Earlier, Mr. Zallie served as an Executive Vice President and President of Global Ingredient Solutions from 2010 to 2012. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Starch business from 2007 to 2010.

Ms. Tanya Jaeger de Foras has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of the company since November 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Legal Officer for EMEA business unit of Whirlpool Corporation. Previously, she served as the Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer and relocated to the company’s global headquarters in Benton Harbor, Michigan in 2019. Before this role, she served as the Deputy General Counsel of Luxottica S.p.A (now EssilorLuxottica), as well as EMEA regional general counsel from 2012 to 2015.

Mr. Eric Seip has been the Chief Supply Chain Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Operations of the company since January 2021. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Procurement and Supply Chain at ChampionX from January 2020 to January 2021, and Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Ecolab from December 2011 to December 2019.

Mr. Michael J. Leonard has been the Chief Innovation Officer, Senior Vice President, and Head of Protein Fortification of the company since May 2024. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer for MycoTechnology from November 2023 to May 2024. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer for Motif FoodWorks from September 2019 to November 2023.

Mr. Larry Fernandes has been the Chief Commercial and Sustainability Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since March 2018. Previously, he held various roles at the company, including a President and General Director of Mexico, Vice President and General Manager of US/Canada, Vice President of Global Beverage, and General Manager of Sweetener and Industrial Solutions, US/Canada from 2011 to 2013. Earlier, he served as the Vice President Food and Beverage Markets of the company from 2009 to 2011. He also served in several roles of increasing responsibility in the commercial organization from 1990 to 2009.
