Mr. Daniel Lafrance is the Chairman of Innergex. Prior to this he served as the Vice Chairman of the company. He was a Senior Vice President Finance and Procurement, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Lantic Inc. from 1992 to 2013.

Mr. Michel Letellier has been the Chief Executive Officer, the President and a Director of Innergex since October 2007. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, the Executive Vice President, and the Vice President of Finance of the company between 1997 and 2007. Mr. Letellier served as a member of the board of directors of Cartier Wind Energy Inc and KP Tissue Inc. Prior to joining Innergex, he was responsible for developing and operating hydroelectric projects at Boralex Inc from 1990 to 1997.

Mr. Yves Baribeault has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Innergex since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President for Legal Affairs and Secretary of the company. Prior to joining Innergex, Mr. Baribeault worked at Air Liquide Canada Inc where he held positions with increasing responsibilities and ultimately as Assistant Corporate Secretary and Legal Counsel.

Mr. Alexandra Boislard-Pepin is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Innergex. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President for Human Resources of the company. Prior to joining Innergex, Ms. Boislard-Pepin held the position of Vice President at Aimia Inc.

Mr. Jean Trudel has been the Acting Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2022. Prior to this he served as a Chief Investment and Development Officer of Innergex from 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development, and Senior Vice President of Communications from 2002 to 2015. Prior to joining Innergex, Mr. Trudel served as the Director of Investment Project Finance for Quebec and Atlantic Canada at Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada from 1999 to 2002; and member of the Corporate Banking Group at Bank of Nova Scotia.
