Ms. Monique Mercier is the Chairman of the company. Previously, she served as the Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs, Chief Legal and Governance Officer at TELUS Corporation from 2014 to 2018. Prior to this, she held senior executive roles in telecommunications, healthcare, and information technology, including at TELUS and Emergis. She has also served on the Board of Directors of the Bank of Canada from 2018 to 2022.

Mr. Jean Trudel has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2022 to 2026. he served as a Chief Investment and Development Officer of the company from 2015 to March 2022 and as Director of Investment Projects in Quebec and Atlantic Canada for Sun Life Insurance Co. from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Trudel has also served as a Member of the Corporate Banking Group for Nova Scotia.

Mr. Yves Baribeault has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President for Legal Affairs and Secretary of the company. Mr. Baribeault worked at Air Liquide Canada Inc where he held positions with increasing responsibilities and ultimately as Assistant Corporate Secretary and Legal Counsel.

Mr. Alex Couture has been the Chief Development Officer - North America of Innergex since September 2022. Previously, he served as the Senior Regional Manager for Canada at EDF Renewables, where he worked for nearly 15 years in various development positions. Prior to this, he worked in project development at Eolectric for 5 years. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of the Quebec Association of Renewable Energy Production from 2016 to 2022.

Ms. Karine Vachon has been the Chief of Staff of the company since 2016. Previously, she led communications and ESG activities at Innergex. Prior to this, she worked at Uni-Select and Saputo, where she managed investor relations and corporate communications on an international scale.
