Mr. Patrick S. Williams has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 2009. Mr. Williams has been the Non-Executive Director of AdvanSix Inc since 2020. From 2005-2009, he was the Executive Vice President and President, Fuel Specialties of the Company and additionally held the responsibility of Chemicals business for the global Performance in 2008. From 2004-2009, Mr. Williams also held a number of senior management and sales leadership positions in Innospec Fuel Specialties LLC. Before joining at Starreon Corporation the predecessor company of Innospec Fuel Specialties LLC in 1993, Mr. Williams established numerous businesses and currently holds equity positions in a real estate business and small exploration and oil production company.

Mr. Ian P. Cleminson has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2006. Prior to this, he was the Financial Controller for the Performance Chemicals and Fuel Specialties business units in 2002. From 1999-2002, he worked as Financial Controller at BASF plc for the Superabsorbents division. Since 1989, Mr. Cleminson has worked in private practice as an accountant.

Mr. Philip J. Boon has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he was the Executive Vice President of Business Operations. Mr. Boon had served in various positions mostly covering the operational aspects of the business since he joined the company in 1997. Previously, he held different positions at Ciba Geigy and FMC and have more than 30 years of experience in the specialty chemicals industry.

Mr. Ian McRobbie is the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2002. Prior to this, from 1989-2002, he served as Technical Director at A H Marks and Company Ltd from 1989-2002. Prior to this, Mr. McRobbie held multiple positions such as senior research and manufacturing roles at Seal Sands Chemical Co. Limited and BTP plc.

Mr. David B. Jones serves as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary of the Company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as Deputy General Counsel of West Corporation, Vice President, and Chief Counsel for Lennox International. Mr. Jones had been a Partner with DLA Piper LLP. He was in private practice as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Certified Public Accountant before commencing his legal career.
