Mr. Paul J. Sarvadi has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1989. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer from 1989 to 2003. Previously, he served as the Vice President of the company from 1987 to 1989. Mr. Sarvadi also served as the Vice President and Treasurer of the company from 1986 to 1987.

Mr. James D. Allison has been the Chief Financial Officer at Insperity since November 2024. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Comprehensive Benefit Solutions and Chief Profitability Officer of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Allison served as the Manager of Financial Reporting, Director of Accounting, Managing Director of Planning and Analysis, Managing Director of Finance, and Senior Vice President of Pricing and Cost Analysis at the company. Earlier, he served as the Senior Vice President of Gross Profit Operations and Executive Vice President of Gross Profit Operations at the company in May 2022.

Mr. A. Steve Arizpe has been the President and the Chief Operating Officer of the company since May 2019. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Client Services and the Chief Operating Officer of the company in August 2003. Previously, he served various roles including Houston Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Vice President of Sales at the company. Mr. Steve also served various sales and sales management roles at NCR Corporation and Clarke-American.
