Dr. Stuart M. Essig has been the Chairman of Integra since January 2012. Prior to this, he has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 1997 through 2012; and President from 1997 until 2010. He has been the Managing Director in Mergers and Acquisitions for the Medical Technology Practice at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He currently serves as Managing Director of Prettybrook Partners LLC; Board of Directors of IDEXX Laboratories, SeaSpine Holdings Corp, Availity LLC, Breg Inc; and Chairman of Mission Bio. He has served on the Board of Directors of St. Jude Medical Corp, Owens & Minor Inc, Zimmer Holdings Inc, and Vital Signs Inc. Dr. Essig has also served on the executive committee, nominating and governance committee and as Treasurer of ADVAMED. He is a founding investor member of Tigerlabs; a Venture Partner at Wellington Partners Advisory AG; and serves as a senior advisor to TowerBrook Capital Partners. He formerly served as a senior advisor to Water Street Healthcare Partners.

Mr. Jan De Witte has been Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company simce December 2021. Prior tot his, he has been the Chief Executive Officer of Barco N.V.; and has held various leadership roles at GE, including the President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Global Healthcare IT. Mr. De Witte has served in strategic consulting division at McKinsey & Co; and in Operations at Procter & Gamble. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of ResMed, Inc.; and the Chairman of Hangar K innovation hub in Belgium and a board member of Ghent University.

Ms. Lea Daniels Knight has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Executive Vice President of Business Finance for Booz Allen Hamilton. Previously she served various financial leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson for 18 years.

Mr. William Compton is the Corporate Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of global shared services at ConvaTec. Mr. Compton has spent 10 years with Bristol Myers-Squibb.

Mr. Eric I. Schwartz has been the Executive Vice President, the Chief Legal Officer, Secretary of the company since November 2018. Prior to this, he served as the General Counsel of Globus Medical; the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Legal Officer of CardioVIP; General Counsel at Animas Corp; and Assistant General Counsel at Johnson & Johnson. He has also served on the management boards of McNeil Nutritionals and Ethicon Biosurgery.
