Igor Sechin
Chairman Executive BoardMr. Igor Sechin has been the Chairman of Inter RAO since June 2012. He also serves as the President and Chairman of the Management Board at JSC Oil Company Rosneft; Chairman of CJSC Professional Hockey Club CSKA; Chief Executive Officer of LLC National Oil Consortium. Prior to this, Mr. Sechin served as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, from 2008 to 2012; and Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office of the Russian Federation- Aide to the President of the Russian Federation from 2004 to 2008.
Boris Yurievich Kovalchuk
Chief Executive Officer; Director Executive BoardMr. Boris Yurievich Kovalchuk has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Director of Inter RAO since 2010. Prior to this, he served as the acting CEO of the company from 2009 to 2010. Previously, Mr. Kovalchuk served as the Vice President of Development at Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation; and Head of Priority National Projects Department of the Government of Russia.
Evgeny Miroshnichenko
Member; Chief Financial Officer Senior ManagementMr. Evgeny Miroshnichenko has been the Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board of Inter RAO since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Director for Strategic Development; Deputy Head of the division; Head of Strategy Department of Strategy and Investments Division since 2010.
