Mr. Carlos Tomas Rodriguez Pastor Persivale has been the Chairman of the company since 2007. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman of Intercorp Peru, Supermercados Peruanos, Tiendas Peruanas, Colegios Peruanos, InRetail Peru Corp. and Universidad Tecnológica del Perú, and as Director of Inteligo Group Corp., Interseguro, Homecenters Peruanos and Financiera OH! S.A Previously, Mr. Persivale served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Interbank in 2010.

Mr. Luis Felipe Castellanos Lopez Torres has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2013. Mr. Castellanos joined the bank in 2006 as the Chief Executive Officer of Interfondos. Previously, Mr. Castellanos served as the Vice President of the Retail Banking Division, and Manager of the Mortgage and Real Estate Business division at Interbank. Prior to that, Mr. Castellanos served as the Director of the investment banking division at Citigroup Global Markets in New York. He also served in the treasury department at Minera Yanacocha S.A.

Ms. Michela Casassa Ramat has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2012. She also serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Interbank since 2012. Previously, she served as the Head of Strategy for Corporate and Investment Banking at Banco de Credito del Peru in Lima and Unicredit in Munich.

Ms. Liliana Vera Villacorta has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2006. Previously, she served as the Accounting Manager at Interbank, a subsidiary of the company from 2003 to 2011. Prior to this, Ms. Villacorta served as a Senior Analyst at EY Peru from 1998 to 2002.

Ms. Katia Mercedes Lung Won has been the Chief Compliance Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to joining Interbank, Ms. Lung served as Vice President Project Manager for Suntrust Bank in Miami, Florida in the International Wealth Management Division and as Vice President BSA/AML Compliance Officer for BNP Paribas Agency and the General Security Principal (Broker Dealer) for BNP Paribas Investment Services.
