Mr. Douglas Hutcheson has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the the Executive Chairman of Kymeta Corporation from 2019 to 2024. He also served as the co-CEO of Kymeta from 2021 to 2024. Prior to this, he served as a senior advisor of Technology, Media and Telecom for Searchlight Capital. Earlier, he served as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Laser, Inc. from March 2014 through May 2017. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Leap Wireless and its operating subsidiary, Cricket Communications, for nine years. Before serving as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Hutcheson held other executive positions at Leap Wireless, including President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Leap Wireless, he was Vice President of Marketing in the wireless infrastructure division at Qualcomm for three years. He previously served on the boards of directors of Leap Wireless from 2005 to 2014 and Pitney Bowes from 2012 to 2023.

Mr. Liren Chen has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, Global Head of IP, and Legal Counsel of Qualcomm Inc. Earlier, he served in various IP and technology roles at Qualcomm, including as Senior Vice President of Engineering, Legal Counsel.

Mr. Richard J. Brezski has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Director, Senior Director, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the company. Earlier, he also served as the Treasurer of InterDigital. Previously, he served as the Audit Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Rajesh Pankaj has been the Executive Vice President, and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served the Qualcomm and held various positions including Senior Vice President of Engineering and Head of Corporate R&D. Earlier, he also served in a variety of other R&D and engineering roles at Qualcomm.

Mr. Joshua D. Schmidt has been the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Deputy General Counsel of the company. Previously, Mr. Schmidt served in a variety of roles within InterDigital’s legal department, with primary responsibility for the company’s M&A, corporate governance, and commercial contracting functions. Prior to this, he was an associate at Dechert LLP, where he focused his practice on private and public company M&A, securities offerings, venture capital transactions and joint ventures.
