Mr. Christopher G. Kennedy has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. He also serves as a Managing Member at Wolf Point Management LLC. Mr. Kennedy was a Director at directors of Knoll, Inc.

Ms. Laurel M. Hurd has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2022. She spent most of her career at Newell Brands in various sales, marketing, research and development, and leadership positions. She also served as Segment President of the Learning and Development division, with P&L responsibility over a $3 billion group of brands including Sharpie, Elmer’s, Graco and Baby Jogger. She also serves as a member of the board of directors at THOR Industries since August 2021.

Mr. Bruce A. Hausmann has been the Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this role, he served as a Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer for Aramark's Uniform and Refreshment Services business units. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Segment Controller for the Interactive Media Group at The Walt Disney Company. He also held finance and controller positions with several software and internet companies and is a certified public accountant in the State of California.

Mr. Jake Elson has been the Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since October 2019. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Information Officer at Design Group. He also held various roles in Kimberly-Clark. He also served various leadership roles internationally, including serving as regional CIO in Latin America and South Africa.

Mr. Greg Minano has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2020. He also served as Vice President of Strategy and Integration of the company from 2018-2020. Prior to this, he was a key member of the legal team from 2001, eventually assuming the position of Vice President of Compliance, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary. He also assumed several interim leadership roles. He also led Interface’s IT organization as its Interim Chief Information Officer from April through October of 2019.
