Mr. Enrique K Razon has been the Chairman and President of the company since 1995. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Bloomberry Resorts Corporation.

Mr. Emilio Manuel V Pascua has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2023. He joined the company in 2013 as Director of Corporate Finance.

Mr. Brian Mark Hibbert serves as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Product Management for web-based logistics startup International Asset Systems, Inc.

Mr. Sandy A Alipio has been the Chief Risk Officer, Senior Vice President and Global Financial Controller of the company since 2023. Mr. Alipio currently also serves as the Director for ICTSI DR Congo S.A. Prior to this, he was the Chief Risk Officer and Vice President for Business Process, Strategy and Controls of the company form 2019 to September 2020. Previously, Mr. Alipio was the Vice President for Audit and Compliance at the company from 2014 to 2019. Earlier, he served as the Senior Director, Research and Development Finance, Vice President of BioNeurology Finance and the Vice President of Internal Audit and SOX at Elan Pharmaceuticals. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Alipio was the Senior Manager for Audits and Business Advisory at KPMG LLP in San Francisco. He also served at Makati-based SGV and Co. in 1994.

Mr. Christian Martin R Gonzalez serves as the Chief Sustainability Office and Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Director General and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Madagascar International Container Terminal Services Ltd.
