Mr. Roger W. Ferguson, Jr. has been the Chairman of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of TIAA between 2008 and 2021. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Swiss Re America Holding Corp from 2006 to 2008. He also served as the Vice Chairman of Governors of the U.S. Federal Reserve System from 1999 to 2006. Earlier, Mr. Ferguson served as an associate and partner at McKinsey & Company from 1984 to 1997.

Mr. Jon Erik Fyrwald has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since February 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Syngenta. Prior to that, Mr. Fyrwald served as the Chief Executive Officer at Univar Solutions and Nalco.

Ms. Beril Yildiz has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, she held various leadership roles at Revlon Inc and Colgate-Palmolive, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Mr. Vic Verma has been the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since February 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company from 2016 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Global Infrastructure Operations at American Express. Mr. Verma held several leadership positions at American Express and management consulting roles with GlaxoSmithKline, Bristol Myers Squibb and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Glenn Richter has been the Chief Financial and Business Transformation Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the company from September 2021 to February 2023. Prior to this, he held various leadership roles at TIAA from 2015 to July 2021. Earlier, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Nuveen Investments.
