Mr. Marco Sala has been the Chairman of the company since January 2022 and its Chief Executive Officer since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of GTECH S.p.A. He held several positions including Co-General Manager, Director and Managing Director of GTECH S.p.A. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Buffetti. Earlier, he served as the Head of the Italian Business Directories Division for SEAT Pagine Gialle and later promoted to Head of Business Directories with responsibility for a number of companies, such as Thomson (Great Britain), Kompass (Italy) and Euredit (France). Earlier, he worked as the Head of the Spare Parts Divisions at Magneti Marelli and later became the Head of the Lubricants Divisions. He also served in various marketing positions at Kraft Foods.

Mr. Vincent L. Sadusky has been Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Univision Communications from 2018 to 2020. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Media General from 2014 to 2017, and as Chief Executive Officer and Director of LIN Media from 2006 to 2014. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of LIN Media from 2004 to 2006, and as Chief Financial Officer of Telemundo Communications from 1999 to 2004.

Mr. Massimiliano Chiara has been the Director, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as served as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for CNH Industrial and as the Chief Sustainability Officer and Chief Financial Officer at CNH Industrial. Earlier, Mr. Chiara in various positions at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles including as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Business Development Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Business Development in Latin America, Vice President of Finance Brands and Marketing Controller, and as Director of Business Development Finance for its engine business unit Fiat Powertrain from 2007 and 2009. He also served in various managerial positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Teksid Aluminum, Robert Bosch, the Wuerth Group, and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson.

Mr. Renato Ascoli is the Chief Executive Officer of Global Gaming of the company. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of North America, and Chief Executive Officer of North America Gaming & Interactive. He served as President of GTECH Products and Services from 2013 to 2015, and General Manager of GTECH S.p.A. and Head of all business operations in Italy from 2006 to 2012. Previously, he served in various positions at national railway system Ferrovie dello Stato/Trenitalia. He also led international marketing for Fincentro Group - Armando Curcio Editore

Mr. James F. McCann is the Vice Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as Director of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as Chairperson, and Director of Willis Towers Watson and its predecessors from 2004 to 2019, and as Director of Gateway, Inc. and The Boyds Collection, Ltd. He serves as Executive Chairman of 1-800-Flowers.com, Inc, Director for Amyris, Inc. and Scott’s Miracle-Gro.
