Ms. Lois K. Zabrocky has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since November 2016 and Director since May 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President, Head of OSG’s International Flag Strategic Business Unit. Ms. Zabrocky served as Chief Commercial Officer, International Flag Strategic Business Unit; Head of OSG’s International Flag Strategic Business Unit; Co- President; Senior Vice President from 2008 to 2014 and Director of OSG from November 2011 to November 2016.

Mr. Jeffrey D. Pribor has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Global Head of Maritime Investment Banking at Jefferies & Company, Inc. Mr. Pribor served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Maritime Corporation from September 2004 to February 2013; Managing Director and President of DnB NOR Markets, Inc from 2002 to 2004; Managing Director and Group Head of Transportation Banking at ABN AMRO, Inc from 2001 to 2002; and Managing Director and Sector Head of Transportation and Logistics investment banking for ING Barings from 1996 to 2001.

Mr. James D. Small III has been the Chief Administrative Officer, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the company since November 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of OSG from March 2015 to November 2016. Mr. Small worked for a law firm at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.

Mr. William Nugent serves as the Chief Technical and Sustainability Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Ship Operations of the company. Mr. Nugent also served as the Vice President of the company from November 2016 to March 2021; Vice President and Head of Ship Operations for OSG’s International Flag Strategic Business Unit from July 2014 to November 2016, Mr. Nugent also served as the Head of the Department, Assistant Vice President for New Construction from 2006 to 2008.

Mr. Derek Solon has been the Senior Vice President of the company since March 2021 and Chief Commercial Officer since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of the company from November 2016 to March 2021; Vice President, Commercial for OSG’s International Flag Strategic Business Unit from August 2014 to November 2016. Mr. Solon also served as the Vice President of Sale & Purchase of OSG from 2012 to August 2014 and Marine Projects Broker at Poten & Partners in New York from 2003 to 2012. Earlier, he served as an Officer in the United States Navy since 1998.
